Innovation Week.

Dear Ms Brenes:

I am writing this letter to you to tell you my opinion about Innovation Week. I had the opportunity to attend the technological rally and the Neuroscience presentation that was given by Silvia Castro. I want to congratulate you because the activities were well organized, very useful, and interesting.

In my opinion, the Innovation Week was an excellent way to learn about the technology that nowadays we have. In the technological rally, I learned a lot about Home automation; in this presentation, I saw how a remote control can control almost all the appliances of a house; it was a really interesting demonstration about how technology can help us in our daily routines. Another aspect that I liked was that almost half of the presentations that I saw were about “green technologies” which means that the new technologies are helping with the preservation of the environment. I also went to Silvia Castro’s presentation; it was very interesting and useful; I leaned about methods that I can use to improve the way I study, so now I can use that information to pick up new knowledge more easily.

This Innovation Week represents the University’s efforts to prepare students holistically; Students had the opportunity to think about the environment, technology, health and other aspects presented during this week.
